About This Item
Introducing the LoveRPi Power-Over-Ethernet PoE HAT for Raspberry Pi 4 Model B and Raspberry Pi 3 Model B. This compact, non-isolated PoE HAT provides a convenient solution for powering your Raspberry Pi boards. With input options including IEEE 802.3af Compliant PoE or DC 48V PoE, you can choose the power method that suits your needs. The HAT features up to 3KV isolation for added safety and protection. Outputting a stable 5V with a variation of just +-5%, this PoE HAT can deliver up to 2.5A, ensuring your Raspberry Pi operates smoothly and efficiently.
However, please note that active airflow and adequate cooling are required for stable continuous operation at high load. Installing the PoE HAT onto the 40-pin GPIO header of your Raspberry Pi is a breeze. Additionally, you can attach a fan for further cooling. Simply connect the black wire from the fan to the GND pin on the PoE HAT and the red wire to either the 5V (for performance) or 3.3V (for a quieter operation) pin. To get started, insert a MicroSD card with a properly flashed operating system into your Raspberry Pi.
