Answer: Yes, they are opaque and you can use them as a legging, but they are warmer than a legging. I used them under my jeans and they are very warm in the cold New York's winter. -

Are they fleece lined?
Answer: They are not fleece lined but are nice and soft. The fiber content is a two-layer thermal - 60% Cotton / 40% polyester bi-ply jersey. The leggings have flatlock seams to avoid irritation and a tag-free elastic waist that wicks moisture for added comfort. Hope this helps in your search!!! -

Can I wear these under fleece lined leggings?
Answer: I would think so. These leggings are tight at the calf area and not very stretchy, so they might pull your fleece lined leggings downward. -

Will these fit under skinny jeans?
Answer: Maybe. They fit tight to the body, but are not as thin as tights. They definitely fit under regular fitting pants. For skinny jeans, I would recommend winter weight tights instead. -

Do these run large or true to size? Do they have some stretch?
Answer: I would say true to size. They do have some stretch but not a lot. This brand is by far the best I have found so far for the price. -

Is this comfortable enough for hiking or trekking?
Answer: I wore them while hiking in New Zealand and found them very comfortable. I wore them as leggings (temps in the high 40s - 50s) and under hiking pants. -

I’m 5ft2 130 pounds, should I do a medium?
Answer: I am that same height, but 30 pounds heavier, I wear an XL, it is loose, a medium should be good for you. -
Question:
Are these waterproof?
Answer: I agree with others. Not waterproof. To wear as pj's bottoms or under jeans, slacks, etc. for warmth. -
Question:
Can you wear these in 0 below?
Answer: They are pretty warm, but your leg can still be a little cold. I did wear them in the winter. I'd wear something over them for 0 below, though.
