Users report significant changes in their dogs' behavior almost immediately after using the collar, with many noting improvements in obedience during outdoor activities and reduced excessive barking at home. The collar's design is praised for both its quality and durability, particularly for larger breeds, thanks to its robust metal fittings. Users appreciate the collar's versatility, featuring multiple settings – beep, vibrate, and adjustable shock – which allow for customized training approaches tailored to individual dogs' needs. Owners have found the transition to using the collar smooth, with many commenting on its user-friendly setup and intuitive remote control. The lock feature on the remote has been particularly lauded to prevent accidental activations. Many reviewers mention the collar's efficacy in curbing unwanted behaviors, such as jumping and excessive barking. The positive feedback is balanced by some criticisms regarding the longevity of the controller, with one user noting that it malfunctioned within two months. Still, the overwhelming sentiment is that this collar serves as a valuable training aid, greatly enhancing the training process and reinforcing commands effectively. **
