Skywalker Connectors & Adapters Editorial Review
The Nstallmates NSM1280 8-Way Coax Cable Tester is a useful and durable tool for identifying multiple cables and toning out lines. It is easy to use and great for cable or satellite technicians. The device tones out perfectly and has a 0 failure rate when used correctly. However, users should note that toners are not meant to go through splitters. Additionally, the instructions for toning may be incomplete, and well installed F connectors with trimmed stingers are required for accurate results.
