Nutritionist's Take
The Platinum Health Acrobat Professional Overbed/Laptop Table is not a nutritional product, but serves a significant purpose in promoting healthy work habits, particularly for individuals with limited mobility or those who work from bed. By allowing height adjustment and a tilting surface, it encourages proper posture while using a laptop or eating, which can aid in digestive health and prevent musculoskeletal issues. However, potential drawbacks include the necessity for users to be aware of their seating posture to avoid slouching. While the table itself does not contain nutritional ingredients, its design can support a healthier working environment, enabling users to engage in mindful eating practices or meal prep while seated comfortably. Overall, this table can positively influence lifestyle choices that affect health, making it a valuable asset for promoting wellness.
Platinum Health Overbed Tables PHT2500 Editorial Review
The Acrobat Professional Overbed Laptop Table is a versatile and well-built product that offers a range of functionalities. It is designed to fit over the left side of a bed, providing a convenient workspace for laptops or other items. One of the standout features of this table is its tilting and height-adjustable capabilities, allowing users to find the most comfortable position for their needs. The main table top is 24 inches x 15 inches, providing enough space for a 17.3 inch laptop. Assembly is relatively straightforward, with the tabletops easily fitting onto the mast. The table is mostly pre-assembled, which saves time and effort compared to similar products on the market. However, some customers have noted that the instruction sheet could be clearer and include additional tips. In terms of durability, the Acrobat Professional Overbed Laptop Table is described as sturdy and well-built. Customers have praised its quality and appearance, stating that it doesn't look like something you would find in a hospital setting. The table is also said to hold up well, with one customer confident enough to stand on top of it. However, there have been a few complaints about the balance of the table. It is important to be mindful of the direction in which you move or adjust the table to prevent it from tipping over. Additionally, the table is heavy and may require a hand truck for easier transportation. Overall, the Acrobat Professional Overbed Laptop Table is highly recommended for its versatility, quality, and functionality. It is a worthwhile investment for those in need of a sturdy and adjustable overbed table.
