Coda Music Technologies Footswitches & Controllers STOMP-Mini Editorial Review
The STOMP Mini Bluetooth Page Turner is a compact switching device designed for musicians seeking convenience in page turning and app control. While some users praise its functionality when paired with apps like forScore and Songbook Pro, it becomes apparent that the Mini is not without its drawbacks. Several customers appreciate the device's lightweight design and the battery life, noting it works well in facilitating hands-free performance. However, many complaints center around the build quality, with some users criticizing the plastic Construction as inferior compared to the original model, which is made to withstand the rigors of live performances. Some users report issues with connecting to multiple devices and experience accidental mode changes due to the small toggle on the back. Overall, while the Mini offers some functional benefits, such as portability and ease of use, its material quality and performance limitations seem to detract from the overall customer satisfaction. Many users suggest that investing in the original STOMP model may be a more worthwhile choice, especially for those who depend on the device during gigs. **
