This is a review of the Attwood 1733-4 Blower Bilge 3" Water Resistant in white. According to a customer who has been boating for 40 years, this blower is no louder than any other blower, and the noise level is about that of a kitchen exhaust fan. The blower draws 2.6 amps at 12 volts and 3.1 amps at 13.6 volts. It fits inside a 3" cpvc pipe and can be used for bringing in fresh air for a sailboat or cabin cruiser below deck. The blower exhausts air out in case of gasoline fumes. It generates little heat but running it 24/7 could shorten motor life.
