KLIM Slide & Negative Scanners KLSCN Editorial Review
In recent reviews, the KLIM K2 Mobile Film Scanner has garnered mixed feedback from customers, with many praising its ease of use and functionality for personal projects, while others have expressed dissatisfaction with image quality. The setup process is straightforward, requiring only the assembly of components and the installation of two AA batteries, making it accessible for users of all skill levels. Reviewers highlighted the scanner's user-friendly design, allowing for efficient scanning of 35mm negatives and slides, with the ability to quickly shoot and scan once everything is in place. Some have used photo editing software to enhance the scanned images, achieving satisfactory results even from decades-old slides, which speaks to the scanner's effectiveness as a budget-friendly solution for family photo projects. However, some customers were disappointed with color accuracy, noting that scanned images often appeared lighter or took on a reddish hue. While the scanner may not meet professional standards, it seems to serve well for casual use. Customer service has also been commended, with responses to issues leading to refunds while allowing users to keep the product. Overall, the KLIM K2 appears to be best suited for individuals seeking a low-cost method for digitizing old photos without the need for professional processing. **
