Answer: The bar diameter should be smaller than the nominal diameter of the required thread to prevent difficult cutting and damage to the die teeth. -
Question:
How should the round threading die be used with die stock?
Answer: The die should be aligned with the fastening screw in the middle of the wrench, the screw inserted into the groove of the die, and tightened. It should be reversed every 1/4~1/2 turn for chip discharge.
