SEDORTI Colored Waterproof Padlocks, Red-Covered Laminated Steel Lock, Same Color with Same Key, Keyed Alike Outdoor Locks, Can Be Used as Lockout

The colored waterproof padlocks offer a heavy-duty and durable solution for outdoor use. Made from laminated steel with a red plastic cover, these locks are designed to withstand tough weather conditions. They can also be used as lockout devices, adding an extra layer of security. However, there are a few concerns with these padlocks. Firstly, some customers have reported issues with corrosion on the shackles. While the top part of the lock is 1.8 inches wide, the shackles are not all chrome and are prone to rusting. Additionally, there is limited availability for duplicate keys. Each pack of 12 locks comes with 24 keys, but it is not possible to order additional duplicate keys. This may be an inconvenience for customers with larger groups of people requiring access. Furthermore, these padlocks are not TSA approved and may be too bulky for luggage. They are better suited for locking up garages or other areas that require a higher level of security. Some customers have also reported that the locks have stopped functioning properly after a few months of use. Overall, the colored waterproof padlocks offer a convenient solution for outdoor security needs. However, customers should be aware of the potential issues with corrosion and limited availability of duplicate keys.
