The Fishbone Offroad FB21273 Hi-Lift Mount Kit has garnered a mixed reception from customers, showcasing both strengths and weaknesses in its performance and design. Overall, many users commend the mount for its effectiveness and durability, particularly praising its performance on tough terrain, such as trails in Colorado. Customers have noted that once installed, the mount remains secure even during long off-road adventures, signifying its reliability for those who frequently utilize high lift jacks. The installation process has been described as straightforward, which adds to the product's appeal. However, some users voiced concerns about the product's value relative to its price. One customer expressed discontent with potentially overpaying, suggesting that similar items could be sourced for significantly less at local hardware stores. Such feedback indicates that while the product performs adequately, its pricing might not align with customer expectations. There are also notable grievances regarding the company's customer service and return policy, further complicating the overall experience with the product. Some customers reported issues with returns, refund amounts, and additional concerns regarding communication with the company, leading to a more negative perception of the purchasing experience. In summary, while the Fishbone Offroad FB21273 Hi-Lift Mount Kit excels in performance and ease of installation, potential buyers should weigh concerns about pricing and customer service support. **
