Lacis Crochet Hooks TT36 Editorial Review
The Lacis Double End Crochet Hook set, crafted from ebony, has garnered a mixed yet favorable reception among users, primarily appealing to knitters looking to correct dropped stitches or repair their work with ease. Reviewers Consistently praise the ergonomic design and functionality of the hooks, particularly appreciating the short length, which makes them perfect for maneuvering in tight spaces while repairing knitting mistakes without flipping the work. Many users have found that the hooks are suitable for a variety of yarn weights, from delicate lace to heavier materials, allowing for versatile use in multiple knitting projects. The set’s three sizes provide flexibility, making it a worthwhile addition to any knitting toolkit. However, some criticism has been noted regarding the tips being too sharp, which could lead to snagging. This concern can be addressed with a light filing, as suggested by some reviewers. Despite being marketed as crochet hooks, a few customers pointed out that the tools may not cater to crocheters with larger hands or those looking for substantial crochet tools, leading to some disappointment regarding their size and material quality. Moreover, there were observations about misleading product images that made them look larger than they actually are. Overall, the Lacis Double End Crochet Hook set is recommended for knitters, particularly for those who need tools for quick repairs. However, potential buyers, especially crocheters, should Consider their personal preferences and needs concerning the size and feel of the tools. **
