Answer: The suction cup on the guide requires a flat and smooth surface. It would be very difficult to fix the suction cup onto the bottle itself. You can fix the suction cup onto a flat surface next to the bottle if it's available at the same height. -

Answer: The nipple for the water feed is at the top of the guide, behind the suction cup lever. You can connect a 1/4 inch rubber hose attached to a plastic water bottle or even pour water with a bottle. You don't need pressure. -
