Eastern Bikes Cycling 00-201280 Editorial Review
The Eastern Bikes Traildigger Model 20 Inch Bike has proven to be a solid choice for BMX enthusiasts and newcomers alike. Reviewers have described the bike as durable and well-Constructed, capable of withstanding significant wear and tear—one particularly brave rider even noted that it survived being run over twice. This speaks volumes about the bike’s resilience, making it an appealing option for those getting back into BMX riding or just starting out. However, several users have pointed out some initial quality control issues right out of the box. Complaints about bent handlebars, improper spacing of the crank, and issues with the sprocket not staying secure undermine the otherwise strong performance of the bike. For instance, one reviewer mentioned that the crank was "absolute garbage", which detracts from the overall riding experience. This suggests that while the bike can perform well in terms of riding smoothness and capability for dirt jumping and stunts, the assembly quality may require close attention. On a positive note, customer service appears to be a highlight of the Eastern Bikes brand. Many users praised the responsiveness and helpfulness of the support team, particularly when dealing with initial setup issues. This level of service can significantly enhance the customer experience, compensating for the bike’s shortcomings at times. In summary, while the Eastern Traildigger may present some quality control challenges, its robust build and the smooth riding experience, along with commendable customer service, make it a valuable Consideration for anyone in search of a lightweight freestyle bike. **
