Mud Pie Butter Dishes 4871010 Editorial Review
The Mud Pie Door Knob Butter Dish is an excellent addition to any kitchen counter. It is made of polyester and is white in color. It is perfect for holding one stick of butter but will not hold a 1 pound brick. The inside dimensions, measured from the inside edges of the top are 2-1/16" wide x 5-9/16" long. The sides of the top slope in, but a stick of butter just under 1-7/8" wide x 5" long would fit comfortably. Customers have given mixed reviews, but most are positive. Customers have noted that the dish is very cute, stylish and elegant, although some note that the knob is not centered on the lid. Some customers have also complained about the price. However, others have noted that the dish is better than expected and well made, with some calling it the most beautiful butter dish they have ever seen. It seems that the dish is durable and can withstand being moved around on the counter.
