Is the STARSHOP case compatible with all Samsung Galaxy S20 models?

No, the STARSHOP case is specifically designed for the Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus and is not compatible with other models like the S20 or S20 Ultra. This precision ensures a snug fit and optimal functionality, including access to buttons and ports without obstruction. Users seeking a case must verify their device model to ensure compatibility, as using it on the wrong model may result in poor fit and protection.

What materials is the STARSHOP Galaxy S20 Plus case made from?

The STARSHOP case features a durable, military-grade design crafted from high-quality materials that provide excellent shock absorption and drop protection. The robust outer layer shields against scratches and impacts, while the inner layer enhances cushion during accidental falls. This case is ideal for active users who frequently find themselves in rugged environments or for those who want to ensure their device is safeguarded from the daily wear and tear of life.

Does the case include a screen protector?

Yes, the STARSHOP case comes with a tempered glass screen protector included in the package. This enhances your device's safety against scratches, cracks, and accidental damage. A screen protector is essential for keeping your screen intact, especially for anyone who uses their phone daily or puts it in bags with keys and other items that could scratch the screen. Together, the case and protector offer a comprehensive protective solution.

What is the function of the metal ring kickstand on the case?

The metal ring kickstand allows for hands-free viewing of videos, making it ideal for watching movies or making video calls. This feature adds convenience for users who enjoy content consumption without using their hands. The kickstand can be rotated to provide multiple viewing angles, enabling a personalized experience when using your phone for various purposes, such as browsing or participating in Zoom meetings.

How much protection does the military-grade designation provide?

The military-grade designation indicates that the STARSHOP case meets specific standards for drop protection, having been tested against falls from a certain height. This means it can withstand everyday drops and impacts more effectively than standard cases. Users can trust that their Galaxy S20 Plus is well-protected, especially for individuals who lead an active lifestyle or work in environments where their phone may be exposed to potential damage.

Does the case support wireless charging?

Yes, the STARSHOP case allows for wireless charging without requiring you to remove it from your device. The design ensures that all necessary components are accessible and does not interfere with the charging process, making it convenient for users who prefer this feature over wired charging. This is particularly useful for those with a busy lifestyle who appreciate the ease of placing their phone on a charging pad after use.

Is the ring kickstand adjustable?

Yes, the metal ring kickstand on the STARSHOP case is adjustable, enabling various viewing angles tailored to your preference. This feature is particularly beneficial for multitasking, such as when watching videos while doing household chores or video conferencing during meetings. Users can find their optimal angle for comfort and usability.

Can I access all buttons easily with this case on?

Absolutely! The STARSHOP case is designed to provide easy access to all buttons and ports, including volume controls, power button, and charging port. Precise cutouts are strategically placed so that usability remains intact despite the added protection. This design consideration is essential for users who frequently use their buttons but want to ensure their device remains fully encased for protection.

STARSHOP Basic Cases Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus Editorial Review

STARSHOP Compatible with Samsung Galaxy S20 Plus Case offers military-grade shockproof protection with its durable polycarbonate and TPU materials. Users appreciate the sturdy kickstand that holds the phone up efficiently, making it great for hands-free viewing. However, there have been complaints regarding the tempered glass protector included, which tended to arrive damaged or cracked. Some users also found that the screen protector did not fit well around the fingerprint sensor, leading to dirt accumulation. Despite these issues with the included screen protector, many still praise the fit and design of the case itself, emphasizing its sleek appearance and reliable functionality.
