Editorial Review
The Ross Percussion Bass Drum Tension Rods, designed in a traditional T-Rod style, have garnered positive feedback from drummers, highlighting their excellent fit and quality Construction. Users emphasize the importance of the correct thread size; with these rods featuring the old Imperial 7/32" threading, they've been appreciated for their compatibility with vintage drum sets, such as 30-year-old Mapex and Ludwig models. Many customers have praised the rods' sturdy build and attractive chrome finish, reflecting a thoughtful design that elevates the drum's appearance. In terms of functionality, users note that the 4.5" shaft length without the handle provides a perfect fit, making them a reliable choice for both casual drummers and those engaging in drum building. However, one common critique is the absence of washers, which may necessitate additional purchases for complete setup. Despite this minor drawback, the overall sentiment leans heavily towards satisfaction, with many agreeing that these rods are an excellent value for the quality they offer. **
