Many users appreciate its compatibility with most DC12V cars, although some have reported issues with support and documentation. Reviews indicate mixed experiences; while some loved it for fitting perfectly and functioning well, others encountered frustrating installation challenges and subpar customer support, particularly with the remote start feature that failed for several users. The alarm system has potential but may not meet everyone's expectations.
