Wilson Football Prep Conditioner - 8 oz Tube

A popular choice among football enthusiasts, this leather football conditioner from Wilson is an easy-to-use conditioning solution that provides excellent protection to the ball, giving it a noticeable darker color, which some people prefer. The conditioner is neither runny like water nor as thick as lotion. The consistency is such that it's not greasy or slippery like hand lotion, and it adds some tackiness to the football. Use it along with the tack bar and brush kit from Wilson for a grasp that is unreal for a practice or two. The instructions recommend using it in a three-step process. First, clean the ball with a damp cloth and let it dry. Then, the conditioner needs to be rubbed in really well and left to dry. After that, use the tack bar and brush, and then use the spray as the last step. Be aware that it takes a while to get the conditioning just right, but it makes a difference when done correctly. The reviews are overwhelmingly positive and highly recommend this product. Customers love how easy it is to use and the protection it gives their leather footballs. They claim that the more you use it over time, the darker the football becomes. Customers also recommend using the product along with the tack bar and brush for the best results. Many found that it worked wonders on footballs that were decades old and breathed new life into them. For those trying to break in a football, the instructions recommend using the entire Wilson kit- Conditioner, Buff, Spray.
