FibroPool Tail Light Assemblies PolarisTail Editorial Review
### Editorial Review The FibroPool Polaris 180280 380 Complete Replacement Tail B5 has garnered a mixed reception from customers, who primarily use it for their Polaris 280 pool cleaners. Many users express satisfaction with its performance and flexibility as a replacement for the original tail that had become stiff and inefficient over time. Customers have noted that the new tail provides excellent whip action, enhancing the cleaning performance by ensuring it stays submerged in the water while limiting excessive water spray around the pool area. Users appreciate the easy installation process and value the improvements in design, such as the added weighted tip which helps to keep the tail down and functioning efficiently. The blue attachment at the tail's end has received positive remarks as it seems to reduce unnecessary splashing when the tail occasionally surfaces. However, some users have encountered quality control issues, particularly regarding the nozzle design, which they found restrictive and detrimental to the tail’s movement. A few customers had to make adjustments, such as modifying the nozzle to achieve desired action, leading to frustrations with the perceived lack of quality assurance and customer service from the manufacturer. Overall, while many customers are pleased with the product's performance and value, a segment remains disappointed with quality control issues and customer service experiences. This suggests that potential buyers should Consider the product's benefits alongside these concerns. ###
