Measuring 11 x 11 x 0.5-inches, it quickly converts everyday cookware into a stable steaming setup, allowing foods to cook gently over boiling water without sacrificing the use of a wok or stir fry pan. Made from aluminum, it is lightweight yet sturdy and durable, will never rust, and stores away flat in a kitchen cabinet for compact storage. Simply set the Steaming Ring over a stockpot of boiling water, place the bamboo steamer on top, and cook according to recipe instructions. Do not allow pot to boil dry. It frees up the wok for stir frying and preserves its naturally accrued seasoning while steaming over a separate pot to prepare multiple dishes at once.
