KODAK Monopods ROCPGMON72 Editorial Review
The KODAK PhotoGear 72” Portable Monopod is a lightweight and well-built monopod that provides a stable platform for photographers. The build quality is good, with strong locks and sturdy Construction. The monopod can easily handle DSLR cameras with different lenses and is suitable for tall individuals as it reaches a height of 72 inches. The monopod also offers a rubber foot with a metal point that can be unscrewed to provide added stability. However, there are a few areas for improvement. Some customers have mentioned that the mount at the top of the monopod lacks a tightening mechanism, which can be a potential issue. Additionally, the spike foot of the monopod cannot be easily removed without drilling out set rivets, which may limit its versatility for some users. Finally, the small 1/4"-3/8" screw adapter that comes with the monopod can be easily lost and does not have a designated storage space on the monopod itself. Overall, the KODAK PhotoGear 72” Portable Monopod is a reliable and easy-to-use option for photographers looking for a lightweight and sturdy monopod.
