Rivers Edge Tree Stands Editorial Review
The Rivers Edge Ladder Stand is a durable and comfortable option for those looking for a tree stand. It has a weight limit of 500lbs and is made overseas and distributed out of Cumberland, WI. The ladder sections are around 3-4ft each and it is 17'1" from the ground to the shooting rail. Although it takes several hours to assemble and requires at least two people to put it up, customers have generally found the product to be a good value for its price. It is also recommended to add burlap or camo netting for concealment. Some drawbacks of the product include a bar in front of the seat which may cause discomfort for some users, as well as missing parts and a thin powder coat finish that was subject to peeling in some instances. The straps that come with the stand are also reportedly light for a 500lb stand, so customers may Consider purchasing stronger alternative straps. Overall, the Rivers Edge Ladder Stand is a sturdy and comfortable option for hunting, but customers should be prepared for a longer assembly time and Consider purchasing additional accessories to improve the product.
