Rectorseal Pump Accessories Editorial Review
The Rectorseal 96100 AG 1100 Switch has received mixed reviews from customers. It is versatile, serving as a HVAC condensation pan cutoff switch for A/C air handlers, and can close a contact when water rises, making it suitable for various applications. However, some customers have expressed concerns about its ability to withstand prolonged submersion in water, and others have noted that it may not be suitable for marine use. Additionally, there have been conflicting answers about the necessity of using the common wire in a normal furnace install. The switch operates on 24V AC and is capable of cutting off the unit when water is detected in the auxiliary drain pan.
