Will I receive a proof prior to it being created? We don't want the shaded box around one of the letters to show on the stamp.
Answer: They provide a digital proof, and the product is not sent before that. -

Is the ink waterproof?
Answer: The quality of the stamp is poor and ink visibility is low. -

Is the ink refillable?
Answer: Yes, Infusion refill ink can be purchased in either 3 or 16 ounces and is available in 16 colors, which is the same as our stamp color. A few drops across the stamp pad is sufficient. -
Question:
Will this stamp work well on round surfaces like a golf ball or is it only for stamping on flat or smooth surfaces? Thanks
Answer: These stamps are generally manufactured for flat surfaces. However, small stamps can work on slightly curved surfaces. But golf balls are generally resistant to ink, and stamping into the divots may be impossible. Stamping on a curved surface is easier with an old-school flat stamp. Good luck!
