PullRite 2315 OE Puck Series SuperGlide Hitch 24K for Ram, Black

The PullRite 2315 OE Puck Series SuperGlide Hitch 24K for Ram has garnered a range of customer experiences, with many praising its solid Construction and reliability, especially when towing heavy fifth wheels. Users appreciate the peace of mind it provides, highlighting its robust build quality that is “made in the USA” and is described as “built like a tank.” The strong support from USA-based customer service has also been acknowledged, as they are responsive to inquiries about installation and product compatibility. Installation feedback has been generally positive, with most users finding it straightforward once the unit is in the truck bed, though there is a common caution regarding the heavy weight of the hitch. Many recommend having an extra pair of hands to assist with installation, especially since maneuvering the 300-pound hitch can be difficult. The factory puck system in the truck is reported to facilitate a seamless installation process, which is a plus for users with compatible vehicles. The SuperGlide's unique feature of allowing 90-degree turns is highly valued, particularly by those with short beds, as it minimizes the risk of hitting the cab when maneuvering. However, some users have mentioned the importance of following up on torque specifications after use to ensure safety and optimal functionality. On the downside, there is a significant concern regarding the quality of welds on the hitch, with one user reporting a catastrophic failure attributed to inadequate welding. This incident raises questions about the quality control measures at PullRite. Furthermore, users have pointed out the need for sufficient lubrication to prevent binding, suggesting that maintenance could be more demanding than anticipated. Overall, the PullRite SuperGlide 2315 hitch is well-regarded for its ease of use, safety features, and sturdy Construction, despite some serious concerns regarding quality control. **
