Crown Automotive Dashboards J5457117 Editorial Review
The Crown Automotive J5457117 Dash Overlay Panel has garnered mixed feedback from customers who have used it on their classic Jeep CJ7s. Many users appreciated the quality and overall look of the panel, highlighting that it served as an excellent finishing touch after repainting their dashes. The adhesive backing generally performs well, securely holding the panel in place when the knobs and gauges are attached. Most customers found the fit for the gauge and knob holes to be precise, which contributed positively to their overall satisfaction. However, some challenges were noted regarding the fit of the rectangular indicator light cutouts, which required some trimming to fit properly. While this adjustment was manageable for many users, it raised concerns about potential quality control issues. A few customers experienced issues with durability, including peeling of the adhesive or warping, which affected how well the overlay stayed in place after installation. Overall, despite some quality inConsistencies, many customers were pleased with the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the dash overlay, with several indicating they would recommend the product. **
