Gourmet Market Ginger Snaps Editorial Review
**** The reception of the Russian pryaniki has been mixed among customers. Many rave about the delightful taste and unique spice profile, often enjoying them as a treat with a warm beverage. Reviewers highlight the cookies' ability to hold up well during dips in coffee or tea, making them an enjoyable companion for midday breaks. Fans of these cookies express that they can be quite addictive, with some acknowledging the struggle of self-restraint once the bag is opened. However, not all experiences have been positive. Some customers criticized the texture of the cookies, describing them as hard and lacking the expected moisture and freshness. There are mentions of issues with sweetness, with some finding them overly sweet and revealing a peculiar taste likely due to excess baking powder. The inConsistency in quality seems to be a recurring theme, as some believe they may have received a poor batch. Overall, while many customers appreciate the unique flavor and spice of pryaniki, there are significant concerns about texture and quality Consistency, leading to a polarized reception. **
