The miniDSP UMIK-1 is a great measurement microphone that comes with downloadable correction files for room correction software, including REW and Dirac. It is a USB mic, and it comes with a Type A to Type C USB cable. The microphone doesn't work with Android 5.0 or higher unless you are using an RTA or REW for room calibration of your sound system via an AVR along with your computer. If you plan on using Dirac, you will need a laptop with a USB port that sends an LFE signal. The mic will work well for product noise testing, but you need to check the self-noise specs to ensure it meets your needs.
