The container’s design allows for efficient dough proofing even in cooler conditions, helping you achieve bakery-quality results at home while accommodating various baking schedules.

How do I know if my dough is ready for baking?

Determining if your dough is ready for baking can typically be assessed by its size and texture. A good indication is when the dough has visibly doubled in size and feels puffy to the touch. Additionally, performing a 'poke test,' where you lightly press your finger into the dough and it springs back, indicates readiness.
