What does the costume include?

The Cozy Bat Adult Costume includes a dress with an attached hood and bat-wing sleeves.

What sizes are available?

The costume is available in Plus sizes to accommodate various body types.

Yes, the dress is very short. It is recommended to wear hot pants or boy shorts underneath to keep your derriere fully covered.

Does the 3x size stand for 3XL or is it 3x small?

These run VERY VERY small!! The quality is high though so ours absolutely worth ordering. If you intend to wear it alone with a bra and shorts or hosiery, order up at least one size. If you intend to wear this as a jacket over a tight fitted sweater and jeans as is my intention, then go up 2 sizes. I wear a medium/7 but being very familiar with Leg Avenue, I ordered the XL and it’s absolutely perfect!! I bought mine to use as a jacket during the colder months here in Florida though and not as a one-time costume. I ordered my granddaughter a women’s size medium which is also perfect for her. She is between girls sizes 12 and 14 right now.

I am 5'2, and around 125-130 lbs. what size should I order?

I am 5’3” and 135. I wear a medium/small 7. Being very familiar with Leg Avenue I knew to order up. I intend to use mine as a winter long jacket and not as a one-time costume, so, I ordered the XL and it’s perfect. It will fit over a tight-fitting sweater and jeans. If your intention is to wear it with just a bra and shorts or hosiery as a dress or costume, you might be able to get away with ordering just one size up. No matter what though, ORDER UP!!

I am 5'11, what size would you recommend?

I'm 5'6 & weigh 107 - I got the small and it's very fitted but comfortable! I think it's pretty true to size. I normally wear smalls. The material however, doesn't stretch, so keep that in mind!

I bought a size 3x/4x and it wouldn't go on. I wear a 22/24. Does the sizing on this vary that much? I'm super disappointed.

I always order at least one size up with anything Leg Avenue. With THIS item, I order 2 sizes up as I intend to use it as a fun jacket and not as a one-off costume. The XL in this fits me perfectly and will go over a tightly fitted sweater and jeans. I am 5’3” and 135 lbs. my normal sizes are medium/small 7.

What size is the 5X and 6X options? They aren’t in the size chart.

Do not know. I ordered an XL and it was tight. Wish I had ordered a larger size. This runs small.

What all exactly comes with the costume?

It is all one piece but know that it is of great quality! We bought ours to use as fun jackets for our 'winter' here in Florida. It works over jeans or with some sexy fishnets and combat boots or thigh-high boots. It’s extremely versatile. You can take it from light-hearted fun to super sexy vixen with a simple change of accessories. This is not a one and done costume!! The fabric quality as well as the manufacturing quality ensure that this item will last as long as you take care of it.

Hi, do you not have this in a smaller size? I need a medium. Thank you

These go by Japanese sizes so not what it is in the US, so yes they are smaller than the size it says. You should look up a Japanese sizes chart before hand.

Do the ears stand up? If not, how did you get them to?

If, after allowing the dress to come to shape after being packed up and shipped, you still find that ears aren’t standing up as much as you’d like, you could make a small incision along the ear seam and insert a Bobby pin, then sew the incision back up. Personally, we have two of these in my house and have had no issues with the volume of the ears at all.
