Are the headphones adjustable?

Yes, the headphones are adjustable over the head to provide all-day comfort.

Is the microphone noise-canceling?

Yes, the microphone is noise-canceling, which ensures clear communication even in noisy environments.

Is this headset compatible with all phones?

The universal amplifier makes it compatible with virtually any phone, making it a versatile choice for many users.

No, it has to be connected to a regular telephone (landline) which has a keypad.

Can multiple people use the headset? Can we just clean it with an alcohol wipe or should each staff member have their own?

My advice would for each staff member have their own. Could lead to cross contamination. Take a look at Plantronics Savi® 700 Series wireless headset system integrates desk phone, mobile and PC communications. The modular design allows shift workers to share systems - without sharing headsets.

Will this work on a Granstream GXP2160?

It looks like this model is not compatible. Just google your phone type and model to find what headset works.

Will this headset work with a cordless phone system?

This headset needs to be able to plug into the phone's receiver cord jacks, so I would have to say no, it would not work with a cordless phone.

Does it work with a Cisco UC Phone 6921?

Yes, as long as that style 6921 phone has a cord for you to plug into the headset and the other end of the cord would plug into the wall. The headset will work just fine.

What size is the plug for the headset? I know there are 3 different jack sizes.

I'm not sure. It seems to be smaller than the standard jack.

This may be a dumb question but how do you dial out? I'm used to using a USB headset but my new job needs a device like this.

Yes, this is the old type of phone and you need a controller to dial out and to adjust the volume for your headset. The Plantronics set I had lasted almost 15 years. I was a private secretary and this is the set up I had to use. Good luck.

Plantronics Television Stands & Entertainment Centers S11 Editorial Review

The Plantronics S11 Telephone Headset System is a reliable solution for customers seeking a headset for their regular landline telephone. It does not have a keypad and must be connected to a telephone that has one. While it cannot be shared among multiple people due to potential cross-contamination, there is a wireless option, the Plantronics Savi 700 Series, that allows for shared systems. Compatibility with specific phone models may vary, so it's recommended to check compatibility before purchasing. The headset requires plugging into the phone's receiver cord jack, so it may not work with cordless phones. However, it is compatible with the Cisco UC Phone 6921. The plug size is smaller than the standard jack. Dialing out and adjusting the volume requires a separate controller. Overall, the Plantronics S11 Telephone Headset System is a durable and practical option for those in need of a headset for their regular landline phone.
