HMDigital Conductivity Meters & Accessories Editorial Review
The HM Digital Com-80 Electrical Conductivity (EC) and Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) Tester does not measure ammonia, pH, salt, or chlorine levels. It measures EC and TDS on four scales: EC: µS, mS; TDS: ppm, ppt. The meter is ready to use and does not require calibration. The recommended calibration fluid for this product is 342. Customers have had mixed experiences with this product. Some have found it easy to use, accurate and affordable, while others have found it difficult to power on or inaccurate. One user said that the factory-calibrated product was 50 points off, and therefore advised users to calibrate the product themselves. Another user recommended pinching the contact legs to power on the tester if it does not turn on.
