The blue ends of the toy are durable, but the orange section is made of nylon webbing with stitches that could be a weak link. Though the toy floats well in water, the stitching ripped easily during play in the pool. Customers recommend it as a retrieval toy for non-destructive dogs that are not keen on destroying toys within a few minutes.
